   Arrival in Cairo

   Your private representative greets you at Cairo International Airport for VIP assistance through immigration and customs. 2. Day 2

   The Pyramids of Giza & The Grand Egyptian Museum

   Stand before the last surviving Wonder of the Ancient World — the Great Pyramid of Khufu, constructed around 2580 BCE, originally rising 146 meters high with casing stones that gleamed in the sun. Explore the Pyramid of Khafre with its preserved limestone casing at the top, and the Pyramid of Menkaure, smallest of the three but once richly decorated. Guarding them is the enigmatic Great Sphinx, carved from a single limestone ridge more than 4,000 years ago.

   In the afternoon, visit the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), where over 100,000 artifacts tell the story of Egypt’s civilization. Highlights include the full collection of Tutankhamun’s treasures, the colossal statue of Ramses II, and monumental pieces arranged in a space designed to echo the scale of ancient architecture. 3. Day 3

   Islamic & Coptic Cairo

   Step into Cairo’s layered spiritual history. Begin at the Citadel of Saladin, built in the 12th century as a fortress, and admire the Mosque of Mohamed Ali, its Ottoman domes inspired by Istanbul’s Hagia Sophia. Walk the alleys of Islamic Cairo, where historic mosques, madrassas, and caravanserais tell of Cairo’s medieval prosperity.

   Continue to Coptic Cairo, where Christianity flourished in Egypt before Islam. Visit the Hanging Church, built atop the Roman Babylon Fortress, and the Church of Abu Serga, where tradition holds the Holy Family once sheltered.    Flight to Aswan & The Old Cataract Hotel

5. Day 5

   The Temples of Abu Simbel

   Today, take a private excursion to the awe-inspiring Abu Simbel Temples. Carved into sandstone cliffs during the reign of Ramses II (13th century BCE), these temples immortalize his power and devotion to the gods. The Great Temple, aligned to the sun twice a year, depicts Ramses as both king and god, while the smaller temple honors Queen Nefertari, his beloved wife. Learn how UNESCO engineers relocated these masterpieces in the 1960s to save them from Lake Nasser’s rising waters — a modern miracle echoing the ancient one. Return to Aswan for the night. 6. Day 6

   Drive to Luxor with Kom Ombo & Edfu

   Journey north along the Nile Valley. Stop first at Kom Ombo Temple, uniquely dedicated to two gods: Sobek, the crocodile god of strength and fertility, and Horus the Elder, symbol of protection. Admire its symmetrical double design and visit the Crocodile Museum, displaying mummified reptiles worshipped in antiquity.

   Continue to Edfu Temple, dedicated to Horus the falcon-headed god. Built during the Ptolemaic period, this is one of Egypt’s most complete temples, with towering pylons and reliefs depicting the eternal battle between Horus and Seth. Continue to the Temple of Hatshepsut, a terraced masterpiece honoring Egypt’s only female pharaoh who ruled as king.    The East Bank of Luxor
