Cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. 30-59 days: 50% refund. 15-29 days: 25% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

Date changes made 30+ days before departure are free of charge (subject to availability). Changes within 30 days may incur a rebooking fee of $50-$200 depending on the tour. We are flexible and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Our pricing adjusts based on Egypt's tourism seasons. Peak Season (October-April) has a 30% premium due to ideal weather and high demand. Shoulder Season (May-June, September) offers base pricing. Low Season (July-August) offers 20% savings. You can view pricing for any season on each tour page using the season selector.

To confirm your booking, we require a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your tour start date. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. All prices are quoted in USD. A detailed invoice is provided upon booking confirmation.

Lightweight, breathable clothing in natural fabrics is recommended. For temple and mosque visits, shoulders and knees should be covered (both men and women). A hat, sunglasses, and high-SPF sunscreen are essential. Comfortable walking shoes are a must for archaeological sites. Evenings can be cool in winter, so bring a light jacket.

No specific vaccinations are required for Egypt, but Hepatitis A, Typhoid, and routine vaccinations are recommended. We advise consulting your doctor or a travel health clinic 6-8 weeks before departure. Drinking bottled water (provided on all our tours) is recommended.

The Egyptian Pound (EGP) is the local currency. US Dollars and Euros are widely accepted at hotels and tourist shops. Credit cards are accepted at hotels, upscale restaurants, and larger shops. ATMs are available in cities. We recommend carrying some cash in small denominations for tips and small purchases in local markets.

Our tour prices typically include: accommodation in 4-5 star hotels or Nile cruise ships, private licensed Egyptologist guide, private air-conditioned vehicle and driver, all entrance fees to sites on the itinerary, meals as specified (usually breakfast daily, select lunches and dinners), domestic flights where applicable, and 24/7 support. International flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, and tips are not included.

The best time to visit Egypt is from October to April when temperatures are comfortable (18-28°C). This is our Peak Season with ideal conditions for sightseeing. May-June and September offer good weather with fewer crowds. July-August is very hot (40°C+) but offers the best prices.

Most nationalities can obtain a visa on arrival at Egyptian airports for approximately $25 USD, valid for 30 days. Some nationalities (EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia) can also apply for an e-visa online before travel. We provide detailed visa guidance after booking.

Yes, Egypt is generally very safe for tourists, especially in major tourist areas like Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, and the Red Sea resorts. Tourist police are present at all major sites. Our private tours include professional guides and drivers, adding an extra layer of security and local knowledge.
